Prenup agreement

I am getting remarried. I live in AZ, I have a trust/estate in MN, He lives 4 mths AZ and rest in OK. Can we sign the prenup in AZ?

Yes. It should be carefully drafted by an estate or marital attorney. If not, it may be set aside. They are not as simple in the enforcement as in the appearance.

Also, there is a huge tax advantage in having community property not available in Minnesota. Check that out.
