How do I get an affidavit of entitlement or petition of entitlement? I live in AZ and my uncle who passed, died in Riverside Ca.

I do not know of any such document. If you are looking to establish that you have a right to inherit your uncle's estate, you should file a petition to probate your uncle's estate, or if that has already been done, then make an appearance in the probate case, request notice of all proceedings and notify the court of your claim.
