Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona
My Probate Attorney in Phoenix, AZ was recently granted the State Bar's Motion for Interim Suspension. What Does that mean?
How do I notify the Superior Court (Probate) that my Attorney is suspended?
I discovered the case against him by coincidence, so I informed him in writing we would no longer need his services.
Legally, and ethically, is he required to provide me the Probate paperwork and court documents upon written request?

You are entitled to get your file from the attorney, at any time upon your request. Certainly, you are entitled to the file when you have fired the attorney. The attorney should not hold the file "hostage" for any reason. Given the suspension, you should retain another lawyer at once, and your new attorney will get the file from the previous attorney.
