Do ALL wills go in to probate in AZ?

It is not always necessary to enter a will into probate. Small estates of less than $50,000 can pass by affidavit, and even some large estates will pass automatically. It all depends on the nature of asset and how the asset is titled. You may contact me by email if you have further questions.
