Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Probate

My dads girfriend ws left everything even though we were named in his will. it is now in probate and she has told us that she would split everything with us 5 childrenn. This was on tape. Now she says the estate is settled and she will not split anything she gets it all. she is a very wealthy women anyway. One of his adult children is handicapped and on disability and ss. She was not kind towards him at the en dof his life. she wouldn't let him go home unless he could walk. he ws in a nursing home. is there anything we now can do. shes in her seventies and all of my dads money will now go to her and then to her family which he wasn;t even cllose to. please help

Have you seen the will? Was she supposed to get everything? Go to the probate court and ask for a copy of the file. Take that file to an attorney to help you figure out what, if anything, you can do.

Without seeing the documents, there really isn't anything I can do.
