Read a will
Is it true that wills are public record after the person(s) deceased? If so how would i find that will?

Re: Read a will
The executor needs to file the will in the probate court and then it will be a public record. It should be filed in the county of residence of the decedent.
Re: Read a will
No, Wills are not public record, as they need not be recorded. When a Will is submitted to Court for Probate, then it is part of that case and part of that record. For example, if a person dies with no assets or property, there is no reason to have a probate and therefore, no reason to submit the Will to the court.

I agree with the previous response. Also, if the person has a trust, nothing may go through the courts. The custodian of the will must produce a copy to heirs or family who request it. It does not become public record unless a probate is filed.
