Requirments of a Will
My mom needs to draw up her Will. We were going to do this ourselfs. What are the requirements of the state for such a will. After finalizing it of course we would have it notorizied.

This is to complex to answer correctly.

1) Person +18 years of age of "sound mind"; 2) Must be in writing; 3) Signed by the testator (person subject of will; 4) Must have at least 2 witnesses to the will who also sign; and 5) Must clearly indicate the intent of the testator.
These are the very "general" general requirements. Of course, there are "depends on" factors involved.
