Can you tell me before my father died my mom and him had a revocable trust drawn up. My sister didnt like that my youngers sister was excuetor of the will so she talked my mother into quit deeding the house to her. After a few years she talked my mother into selling her home which was paid for. I want to know can my mom change what is in the trust?

I know my sister is doing her best spend as much money of my mom as she can I see it all going to nothing . Is there something I can do to stop this? My mom is scared to be alone I know thats why she lets my sister do these things. Please I dont know what to do.

Re: Revocable trust ...Please need some help

See an estate attorney immediately with a copy of the revocable trust, will, deeds etc. No help can be given you without a review of these documents and more facts.

You are welcome to consult with me at no charge by calling 480.835.1500 to set a consultation. Phone advice will not be effective; we need to see the documents. I cannot be of more help here without these additional documents and facts in front of me.

Best regards,

James D. Jenkins

yes you can take action to protect your mother. The questions about the trust, depend upon what the trust agreement provides/contains as its provisions so I cannot comment on that without seeing the trust document.

You should call adult protective services and may your complaint that your sister is financially exploiting your mother and whatever other complaints that you have. You can also complain to the police department where she lives. Both agencies have a duty to investigate and to take action to protect your mother.
