Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Who is the rightful heir to an estate left with no will?

My Grandmother's brother in Arizona recently died. His wife died a year ago aswell. They both left no will. The estate is currently being ransacked by the late wife's sister and niece.

My Grandmother's brother in Arizona has three living siblings and no children or living parents. What we want to know is who is the legal heir to his property (house, car, etc)??

Thank you for any information.

His three living siblings are the rightful heirs. If he died one year after his wife, and neither had living children, the wife's relatives probably have no rights.

Please don't wait too long to contact an attorney in the county in which she died in Arizona. If you don't know one called the County Bar Association and asked them for attorney who specializes in probate/Estates. To get answers to those questions you needn't Arizona attorney. To protect yourself or others from this "ransacking" you need an attorney. The/she will to you whether you have any rights in the estate whatsoever. Why you gave a nice family tree it was difficult for me to follow and I'm not sure given their others who may have a right to a portion of the estate as well as you have got ahead of you. It's not writing to the Internet and do something affirmatively they can help yourself with possible.
