whats my rights

i need to know my rights on obtaining paperwork from my sister who was the executor of my moms estate. i suspect their may be foul play in what happen to all the money. she is refusing to talk to me or let me see the papers. can u help

She has the obligation to file the will for probate. Check the probate records in the county where your mother had her residence. If the will has been filed, you can view the will because it is a public record. If no will has been filed, then you have the right as an heir to hire an attorney to represent the estate and handle it appropriately. Costs can be reimbursed out of the estate assets.
