how can i check on my living mothers assests which my sister is power of attorney and exceutor of?

You can bring an action in the Probate Division of Superior Court against your sister for financial exploitation, if you have evidence of such exploitation. If you have only a suspicion, then you should make a report to Adult Protective Services and to the local police agency where she lives.
