Out of State will

Is a Washington State will be legal in Arizona? Porperty in WA sold, and we are permently living in AZ

If the Will is validly made and executed in WA, then it will be enforceable in AZ, according to WA law. You should make sure that the Will is current and its provisions are what you want them to be now. Also, there is no state inheritance tax in Arizona, so you may want to be sure that when you pass away, you are clearly domiciled in AZ. More important than your Will, you must have a Durable Health Care Power of Attorney, this is the document that authorizes someone to take care of you and your medical needs, during your lifetime and when you are unable to care for yourself.
