Survivor Trusts

If you are sued personal and you have all your assets particularly real property in a living trust are those assets protected should you loose in court?

You cannot protect yourself only by placing assets in your own trust where you are the trustor. You can protect your beneficiaries from their creditors if the trust is done correctly.

Asset protection is tricky. See an attorney.
