my tenet wont pay her rent and i need to know if i can send her a 5 day eviction letter or do i need a lawyer to do it for me by law?

You are not required by law to have a lawyer, in order to do an eviction. You should read the AZ Landlord Tenant Act, to see exactly what the requirements are in order to evict a tenant.
