Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Trust Administration

My wife and I have an estate worth of more than one million dollars. We have two children and six grandchildren. We do not have anyone to administer the estate fairly. We want each child and grandchild to receive an equal share. We want each share distributed annually until finished in increments of 10 percent per share.

How do we find an administrator? Do banks etc do this?

Re: Trust Administration

The short answer is yes; many banks do provide this service. Most banks charge a fee to do this that is usually determined by the amount of assets they are responsible to administer. If I can answer any other questions, please contact me.
