I do not know what a "principle agent" is. If you want to change the person named as the Trustee and who is named the successor trustee, your trust agreement should tell you what is required to do so. Usually, you would amend the trust, by making a trust amendment which states who you want to serve as trustee and successor trustee(s) and simply keep this amendment with the books and records of the trust. Remember, you must observe the formalities of the trust, which is a separate legal entity. It is separate from you as an individual.

I would be happy to meet with you and review your trust agreement and advise you how to accomplish your goals.
