Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona
My uncle passed away last Feb 3 2011. Through online research our family has just become informed of his death as of Jan 9 2012. We found a hand written will leaving everything he owned ( numerous properties in palm springs) to a neighbor. He was a bit of a recluse so family didn't speak often. His 84 yr old sister was trying to reach him and her daughter, my cousin, ended up discovering his demise by trying to find him online. Long story short we feel that there are some very strange circumstances involved with the situation. Is it too late to contest the will after 11 months from his death. Probate was in march 2011 in California. It was noted by the coroner that he had dementia. Your response is appreciated. Thank you Chris

You can still take action, and should do so as soon as possible. You will need to take action in California, however, if you want to have a consultation, I would be happy to meet with you and discuss the facts and your options. Be sure to act quickly.
