Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona
My understanding is that a last will and testament requires three witnesses' names, addresses and signatures. It does not require a notary public. Is this correct?
Also, can the three witnesses be beneficiaries of the will?? (I am having a hard time finding witnesses that are not friends and family.)

Only one witness and a notary is required, however, the best practice is to have 2 witnesses and the notary.
The witnesses cannot be beneficiaries, they could be friends or family who are not beneficiaries under the will.
