Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

I have a UTMA account that should have been transferred to me when I reached the age of majority (21 in Arizona). My father, the custodian, refuses to release the account to me and the bank holding the funds requires his signature to complete the transfer. A) Any way around having to sue my father? B) A friend mentioned getting an injunction against the bank to release the account, skipping suing my father. How would I go about that? C) What type of lawyer do I need for all this, or can I do it myself? D) What are the estimated costs for a lawyer in a "cut and dry" type case like this? Thank you!

You should go to Maricopa.gov, look at the top left of the site, and click on self service center,

go to downloadable forms and search the probate forms for conservatorships for minors and look at the instructions provided. You may be able to bring the action yourself, but you will have to "sue" your father to get him to comply.
