Video tapping a will and or changes to a will

My father wants to make another will, but he wants to video tape it, does he still have to have it in document form too? Can he make changes to a writen will on video?

The proper procedure is to make a written will, then video tape the signing of it and any comments the testator wishes to make. Changes to a written will cannot be legally made by video tape, and a video taped will without a written will is invalid.
