Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

My wife and her 2 sisters and 1 brother recieved in there dad's will that all assests would be split between them when he died, right before her dad died her 1 sister found out she only had a couple of months to live. After he died they started getting everything in order. Her other sister decided to distribute part of the money and help some back until the house was sold and for any unforseen expenses. Then before she distributed the last part of the money her sister died, so her other sister did not send the last part of the money to her sisters husband. Now he is wanting to take them to court to get the last of the money and we don't think he deserves it. Do you know what the laws are in arizona conserning this. His wife got about 50 thousand and the only amount left was around 5 thousand and we would like to know if he has legal rights to it.

The answer to your question depends upon the provisions of the decedent's Will. You should hire a probate attorney to review the will to determine if the inheritance of the deceased sister belongs to her estate or goes to the other surviving heirs.
