The best way is to revoke the old will and make a new one. You can also make a codicil to the current will, which is an amendment to the will, however, it is usually best to review your current circumstances and make a new one. You should consult with an attorney who is experienced with drafting wills, the fact that you are asking the question, tells me that you have not been well advised in the first place.
