Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

no will

My mom died last month without a will. My sister had my mom sell the house and all the money was in my mom's account.

My sister is a signer on her bank account. Does she have to share that money between the rest of us siblings??? In moms orginal trust (which is now null) The money was to be divided between all of us. Is there anything I can do??

Your sister probably had your mother put the money in a survivorship account and she is the survivor. You can hire an attorney to open up an heirship proceeding if you think your sister exerted undue influence on your mom to manipulate her estate or your sister may just share.....
