Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona
We had our will and reciprocal durable power of attorney made in Washington state through a lawyer and have since moved to Arizona. Are they still valid? We will be signing closing papers and my husband will be out of the country and I will need to sign for him.

Wills and POAs validly made and executed will be enforceable in AZ, according to Washington state law. Without review of the documents, I cannot tell if the provisions are adequate for you to sign for him.
