Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

My half-brother is the Executor of my Mother's Estate (she died 1/1/09). I have emailed him numerous times for a copy of my Mother's Will. The fact that he does not answer tells me that my Mother may have left me a portion of her estate (which he doesn't want me to have). What do I have to do to view her Will?

call us..but was it your mother and he is half by different fathers? get a lawyer close towhere you live..
