can you write an addendum to an existing will and have it notarized- i want to know if I can have someone removed from my will? and do it with the addendum I am talking about

To modify a Will, you must make a Codicil which must be executed with the same formalities as the original Will. You would be well advised to consult with an attorney and discover whether there are other changes that you would like to make or need.
