Legal Question in Workers Comp in Arizona

I have a hearing in the next couple of months and trying to find a workman comp attorney to assist. If in the event I can not find a David to go up against a Goliath and have to defend myself what is needed to assure that I get the justice that I am seeking.

Although it sounds self-serving, I sincerely believe that your chances of success are vastly greater with an attorney. However, you might not have a case that any of us want to take. If so, you don't have to give up. Visit http://www.ica.state.az.us/ALJ/ALJ_Video_Support.aspx for help on how to represent yourself IF you don't get someone to take your case.

But DO NOT skip asking at least a couple of certified specialists about your case. That video cannot possible do for you even close to what a qualified specialist can do for you.
