If I am injured at work, does my company need to pay me when I am at a physician\'s office visit or physical therapy appointment?

If you reported the injury at work, they should pay for at least an initial examination by a physician to determine what your diagnosis is. If they don't pay for the follow-up or specialist visits that are ordered, then you would have tofile a complaint with HR and if that doesn't work take them to court. I would try to find a good employment law/worker's comp attorney. It is not my area of expertise. Good luck!
