My wife broke her leg at 1 of her 2 jobs. she is going to be recieving benefits from worker compensation. Can she still work at her second desk job and still recieve workers compensation benefits also

Workers' compensation benefits are based on the Average Monthly Wage the worker would have been earning if she hadn't been injured. We look back at her earnings history to set the Average Monthly Wage. If she was covered by workers' comp at her second job, the earnings from that job probably can be included in her Average Monthly Wage, and thus she would be more-fully covered for her entire loss of earnings if she were totally disabled for a time.
If she is able to continue working at the second job, then the earnings from that job must be reported, just like earnings from the job where she was injured if she went back on light duty or part time. When you earn wages while on light duty, you lose 67 cents of compensation for every dollar you earn.
If she returns to that second job, doing so may also be construed as evidence that she can go back to the first job. I have insufficient details to know if that would be the case.
