Re: judges decision

The essence of your question is whether or not there is anything that can be done to hasten the issuance of a decision by an Administrative Law Judge at the Industrial Commission. I WISH! But seriously, if you try to do so you'll find that no one has the authority to make a judge write a decision, and if you try forcing them through a call to someone outside the Commission, you risk annoying the judge. Those of us who practice there regularly do not try to rush them, but we do check with their secretaries every 3 or 4 weeks, "just to make sure nothing was mailed out that I missed." That's the most you should do.
