Re: Lower Back Pain

First of all, I hope you have an attorney who is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law. You can visit the State Bar of Arizona website (www.azbar.org) to check.

Supportive Care is simply better-defined in advance, but is not restricted by law as to what it covers, how long it lasts, nor where you have to receive it. If you can prove that the care you want them to pay for is reasonable, necessary and related to your claim, you should be able to get it. Being in Colorado should not be an issue.

Good luck.
