Legal Question in Workers Comp in Arizona

I went on Materinty end of August 09 was out my 12 weeks. Now I've been off work since Dec 18th 09 due to an on the job injury. I'm a bus driver and they cut my route took my bus because of the time I've missed. And on the Senority list I'm towards the top. What can I do?

I would ordinarily reject this question because it's not really about workers' compensation, but I wanted to take the opportunity to point out that Airzona workers' comp law does not protect your job, even if you're off the job because of a legitimate work injury. Your question, however, should be resubmitted under either Labor or Employment law.
