Legal Question in Workers Comp in Arizona
I was offered a settlement from workman's comp for a one percent whole person impairment after I did some calculations it amounts to about two years worth of benefits, they are not offering any supportive care if I agree to the settlement can I go back and ask for a higher settlement to include pain and suffering and future care and more then two years worth of benefits.

It depends on if you are truly being offered a settlement, or simply being awarded permanent disability benefits. If it's a settlement, you need to understand the language in the settlement agreement. A lawyer is a good idea.
If it's a permanent disability award, a lawyer is a REALLY good idea, because there are many ways that an insurance company could intentionally or inadvertently pay you less than you deserve.
Don't sign anything without a lawyer's advice.
