Paid sick days

If i have been on the job for over three months, and i got hurt, should my employer pay me for doctors and physical treatment appts?

It sounds like you're asking if your employer has to pay you for the time you take off of work for medical treatment. Workers' compensation is not paid by employers (with a few exceptions,) but rather, by insurance companies. Your comp carrier should pay you for time lost from work, but all claims are subject to a limitation: No compensation is paid for less than seven days' lost work unless you miss more than 14. (That's calendar days, not just work days.)

It becomes rather complicated if you're just taking a few hours off here and there, however. The bottom line answer to your question, however, is that your employer does not have to pay you.
