what to do
I tried to reopen an my injury case and I was denied. I was never told why. I need to see a doctor about this my injury, because I cannot do my job adequately because of it. What can I do?

If your petition to reopen has been denied, you have 90 days from the date of the denial to request a hearing. You should check that date now. If it's too late, you'll have to file another, but it will be more difficult. Reopening is a comparative process. Usually, you have to prove worsening compared to the time of closure. But if you filed an unsuccessful petition to reopen since the reopening, your comparison date is moved up to the date of the earlier petition.
