What requirements for Workmans comp insurance coverage are neccessary to be given to Subcontracter, sole proprieter, truckers working on State Hwy jobs in AZ?

This is not a matter covered by the workers' compensation law. It should be contained in the contracts between the companies/contractors and ADOT.
