Legal Question in Workers Comp in Arizona

i slipped and fell down a flight of stairs at work. the fall caused me to have a miscarriage. What am i entitled to?

The Arizona Wokers' Compensation Act covers medical expenses and lost time from work. That's it. You will receive no compensation for the loss of the baby.

If your fall were caused or contributed to by the negligence of a person or company that is NOT your employer or a co-worker, you might be able to sue, and collect something for the loss of the child. If not, then the medical and wage-loss benefits are your entire remedy.
