staff infection from work
i have aquired a staff infection from where i work, known as mrsa, i work in an assisted living facility as a maintenance tech, my director has informed me this is not covered my workmans compensation, this illness is one that can be very costly and hard to treat, and can possibly be deadly, where do i stand legally?

If you acquired an MRSA infection from your work, it would be covered under workers' compensation. Your message starts with the conclusion that you did so, but you would have to prove that conclusion in order to prevail on your claim.
