Legal Question in Workers Comp in Arizona

I have a workers comp claim in California. I have since moved to Arizona. Should I change my CA attorney for an AZ lawyer?

NO! Your workers' compensation claim is governed by the laws of the state with jurisdiction over your claim, forever. Thus only the administrative and/or legal systems of that state have authority over your claim, and only an attorney licensed to appear before those administrative and/or legal systems can help you. (I represent many Arizona injured workers who moved out of Arizona after their injuries.)
