Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Arkansas
Appeal Process
What is the timeframe of an appeal once it is filed into the court of Appeals? Is there any way to check the status of a case regarding the docket? How many judges are on the 'panel of judges' that hear the case? Thank you for your assistance.

Re: Appeal Process
For time frames you will need to read the florida rules of appellate procedure. As to the way to check your docket, you can go on line and read your docket by doing a search for your District Court of Appeal, e.g. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th. Good luck.
