Appellate Docket
Is there any way to expedite a case that was filed into the Court of Appeals? What is the appeal process? How many judges are on the panel of judges? Thank you for your assistance.

3 judges are on an appellate panel. I know of no way to expedite your case unless of course it has to do with hanging chads,and a botched election for hte US president. good luck.
