Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Arkansas
Is it possible to do this
My Gomother died two weeks after she got married and her new husband has kept all of her things is there any way to find fight him and find out if she has a will, because before she died she told me that I got half of everthing and I believe that she would have left a will.

It may be possible if she lived in AR, or had property in AR.
If she lived in AR, what county?
Do you know if she had an attorney? If so, that is who you should contact about the will.
Also, what type of property did she have?
