Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Arkansas
I Recently made a clear case of "conflict of interest" when the opposing attorney threatened to use her longterm friendship with the judge against me in court. The juge refuse to recuse himself and simply steamrolled into a judgement against me. Would this be graounds for an appeal?

It was wrong for the lawyer to say that, but her actions don't mean that the judge had a conflict of interest. You might have another basis for an appeal based upon what the lawyer did, but complaining that the judge didn't recuse himself doesn't sound very promising.
