Legal Question in Banking Law in Arkansas

i was a co signed on a bank note for a vechile and the owner had it reproed from the bank- iam now making monthly pymts to this note- about 1 1/2 yrs.. now the bank is going to sue me for the balance i have ask for documents of the sale and else but the bank will not give me this stuff can they sue me and are they required to provide information ive asked for?

I need to see your contract documents, but normally, YES, you should have complete access to all account records and would be able to subpoena those in litigation.
