Legal Question in Banking Law in Arkansas
is this how my case should go in court
while i was married our tractor was finaced threw one bank i took the tractor called the bank asked pay off they said it was paid. my husband finaced it threw another bank they didn't tell me that so i sold it for attorney fees at a auction. i was arrested for intent to defraud the bank. there was 12000 dollar loan. the bank went and bought the tractor back then my husband payed off the 12000 dollars went back to the other bank got a 8000 dollar loan and bought it back from the other bank now this bank is wanting me to pay the 10800 they bought the tractor back for. should i be responsible for the full 10800 or should i have to pay the diffrence
