Legal Question in Banking Law in Arkansas
check cashing for 10%
If deposit a check that is sent to me in to a new account without making any withdrawls untill the bank can validate the check; am I liable if the check proves to be a fraud ?

Only if there's evidence that you're somehow complicit in the scheme.
