Individual loan on Joint property
If Husband and Wife own a vehicle and the title lists the owners as Husband AND Wife, is it legal for a bank to loan Husband money using this vehicle as collateral, without the knowledge or consent of Wife?

I would need to see the loan documents, but generally, the bank would want both to sign off on it.
