Legal Question in Banking Law in Arkansas
Sales of unpaid for 4-wheeler.
My son-in-law financed a 4-wheeler and had a consigner who is deceased. Last year it was totalled and he sold it and has failed to make payments on the 4-wheeler. The finance company tried to repossess the thing and he had sold it. Now we have been informed he has a warrant for his arrest. What is punishment and will he be put in jail for this if he doesn't have the money to pay in full at the time of hearing?? Thank You very much.

Re: Sales of unpaid for 4-wheeler.
Need to see "Warrant " documents to advise. If this is a 3rd party collection agency trying to strong-arm him, he may have a claim vs. creditor.
Have HIM email or call. This would be billable.
