Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas
An acquaintances car went through a bankruptcy chapter 7 and was paid off to the financial company. The car itself is on my mother's property sitting there to rust and rot away. It is a good car. The car was purchased in MO and it is in AR now. Is my mother able to sell it to recoup some monies the owner owes her? What should she do?
