If I file bankruptcy, will I lose my home?

More facts are needed to answer this. Whoever you decide to hire for your bankruptcy should be able to answer this question. It depends on the value of your home. If you are current on your mortgage, and how much equity is in your home as well as which exemption you qualify for, and which bankruptcy you file.
